BCAA’s

BCAA stands for BRANCH CHAINED AMINO ACIDS, and there are three of them: Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine. All you need to know is that these bad boys put your body in the state to build muscle while maintaining peak performance throughout your workout. Now you might see numbers after your BCAA’s like 7:1:1 or 10:1:1, but that ain’t nothin'. Where the money’s at is the 2:1:1 ratio. Directions:

Mud: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop (10.5 g) with 4-8 ounces of cold water and consume 20-30 minutes before beginning activity, or any damn time you need to GO WILD!

Amino: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 8-12 ounces of cold water and sip throughout your workout, or use it to replace bunk ass energy drinks.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18, and the elderly and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.
